The atmosphere (a great local Greek/Italian place, Trattoria Athena) didn’t hurt at all, but this beer stands alone as a delightful stout bordering on session-quality. The coffee is very well-used, hitting all the senses. There’s a bit of chocolate in there, too. It’s definitely one to try if you’re a fan of coffee, and absolutely worth it if you’re a fan of stouts. (88/100 on Beer Advocate)
