Urban Daddy noted an interesting way to serve up your favorite brew as dessert, instead of alongside it. Diablo Royale, a New York City restaurant, has debuted the Hopsicle Experience, a sweetened, frozen can of Tecate on a stick.

If it’s as easy as outlined, it could make for a fun (and tasty) DIY remake. It may be tough to find the right balance of simple syrup, but a little bit of sugar could go a long way. I wonder if Diablo Royale opts for cans due to ease of use, or if bottled beer poured into popsicle molds could work…
